Greatest Threat to Free Speech Comes Not From Terrorism, But From Those Claiming to Fight It

‘We learned recently from Paris that the Western world is deeply and passionately committed to free expression and ready to march and fight against attempts to suppress it. That’s a really good thing, since there are all sorts of severe suppression efforts underway in the West — perpetrated not by The Terrorists but by the Western politicians claiming to fight them.

One of the most alarming examples comes, not at all surprisingly, from the U.K. government, which is currently agitating for new counterterrorism powers, “including plans for extremism disruption orders designed to restrict those trying to radicalize young people.” Here are the powers which the British Freedom Fighters and Democracy Protectors are seeking:

They would include a ban on broadcasting and a requirement to submit to the police in advance any proposed publication on the web and social media or in print. The bill will also contain plans for banning orders for extremist organisations which seek to undermine democracy or use hate speech in public places, but it will fall short of banning on the grounds of provoking hatred.’

Our Human Rights Scrapped! The right to life! The right not to be tortured! The right not to be a slave!

Street Democracy writes:

The soulless suits of blue, ‘these Tory trespassing authors’, show a wilful arrogance and fierce demeanour when it comes to stripping us of our basic human rights.

Their sinister ‘sour principles’ prove they fear us and will disempower us under the guise of ‘terrorism’.

Their ‘hate speared policies’ are a crude penetration to pierce the heart of family life and rip people’s only power apart.CEtu_pMW0AA0qqU

The Tories are unshackled filled with malicious murmurs of a cursed Tory ambition and to denounce the public’s power further by police state society.

They fraudulently pose as innately decent gentlemen and women but seething under their skin’s of blue they wish to devour our intimate privacy, dignity and self honour.

They don’t just have a bitter malice towards the poor but the whole of British society that isn’t in their pockets or is one of the concentrated wealthy few who sits above them.

They wish to strip us of our human rights to honour our protection in the name of ‘terrorism’ a war never intended to end and anyone can be one, so that makes us all suspects, or domestic terrorist’s.

This shows nothing more than the Tories paranoia, a hidden foul of exorbitant desires disguised as saintly, but is a hideous horror of ‘mass murder of our freedoms’.

13 basic rights you’re going to lose under the new Conservative governmentMichael Gove and David CameronPick up the phone and dial the number of any teacher you know, or at least one who has taught in English schools over the past five years.

Ask them what they think about Michael Gove, and remember every single word they tell you – because the former Education Secretary is now in charge of our human rights.

It’s no great secret that the Tories want to scrap our current Human Rights Act. What’s more, in making Michael Gove Justice Secretary, Cameron has appointed a man who has absolutely no qualms with upsetting millions of people.

The Conservatives released an eight page document last year which detailed their hopes for changing our human rights in the UK.

It seems innocent enough, at least for the first couple of pages – our human rights are controlled by Europe, are open to interpretation by the Strasbourg Court, and the Tories want the UK to be in charge of its own human rights.

That may seem reasonable… but here’s what will effectively be scrapped by the Tories:

  • The right to life
  • The right not to be tortured
  • The right not to be a slave
  • The right to a fair trial
  • The right NOT to be punished if you haven’t broken the law
  • The right to private family life
  • The right to freedom of thought, conscience, and religion
  • The right to freedom of expression
  • The right to marry and start a family
  • The right to peaceful enjoyment of possessions
  • The right to education
  • The right to free elections
  • The right NOT to be given to death penalty

Tories’ repeal of Human Rights Act will spark constitutional crisis, erode civil liberties – experts

Tuesday 12th May 2015 at 10:49 By David Icke

‘Newly appointed Justice Secretary Michael Gove will push ahead with Conservative plans to repeal the Human Rights Act – a move experts warn could spark a constitutional crisis and blight Britain’s reputation on human rights worldwide.

Conservative Party sources, fresh from last week’s general election victory, told the Guardian the human rights reforms are imminent.

Civil liberty advocates warn the soon-to-be implemented measures would erode the right to life, the right to privacy, the right to a fair trial, the right to protest and the right to freedom from torture and discrimination.’

Britain will be ‘forced’ by Brussels to accept Mediterranean migrants

Britain will be ‘forced’ by Brussels to accept Mediterranean migrants

new Monday 11th May 2015 at 10:14 By David Icke

‘Every country within the EU could be forced to accept a quota of refugees under highly controversial plans to be unveiled by Brussels this week.

Britain said it would refuse to accept the proposal by the European Commission to share the refugees and asylum seekers – who have arrived in their thousands in southern Italy in recent months – among the EU’s 28 member states.

The plan, driven by Jean-Claude Juncker, head of the European Commission, is “practically seen as a declaration of war”, one senior EU official said.’

Michael Gove to proceed with Tories’ plans to scrap human rights act

Street Democracy writes:

Political leaders are ‘figures of fiends’ legally trespassing over our human rights with the wilful arrogance they hold over us, that they can, should and will scrap them.

The soulless suits of blue vicious jaws, vaunt allowed to manipulate the controlled manufactured terrorism the oligarchs game of chess has unleashed upon societies. To bully us into submission with emotional blackmail of ‘terrorists’, ‘death, murder’ and ‘lock them up but can’t as they’re saturated with ‘human rights’.

They want our human rights annihilated so they can control us with draconian rules with militarised police state mechanisms to protect their masters and save themselves from societal rebellion.

The awaken to this scam already know.

It’s the sleepy public who are more dangerous now.

Our oligarchical leaders are radically anti-democratic and see the working class as a serving class, all education based upon servitude rather than free thinking abstract minds.

The clues are a militarised society, Big Brother, Big Pharma and a medical police state, less freedom is everywhere you turn.

Draconian rules, with a ceaseless expansion of a ‘Hunger Game Society’ with community rules turning society into one ‘giant open air detention centre’.

Democracy is blocked at the top. Democracy isn’t allowed to trickle down. Democracy is controlled by the financial framework of oligarchy and they don’t want us to have any power.BlDwTkdIYAAvowF

Michael Gove to proceed with Tories’ plans to scrap human rights act

Newly appointed justice secretary to follow through with pledge which would remove European court of human rights’ leverage over UK’s supreme court

Michael Gove, the new justice secretary, is to press ahead with plans to scrap the Human Rights Act which could see Britain pull out of the European convention on human rights (ECHR) if the reforms are rejected by Strasbourg.

Conservative party sources said that Gove, who was promoted to the post even though he has previously voiced his support for capital punishment, will implement human rights reforms that had been blocked in the coalition by the Liberal Democrats.

The scrapping of the human rights act, a pledge included in the Tory manifesto, is one of the measures to be included in the prime minister’s plans for the first 100 days, when the Queen’s speech is delivered on 27 May.

The plans, which would see the human rights act replaced by a British bill of rights, would mean that the European court of human rights would no longer be binding over the UK’s supreme court. The ECHR would also no longer be able to order a change to UK law although British citizens would still be entitled to appeal to the Strasbourg-based court.

Gove is making clear that, free from the constraints of the coalition, he will implement in full the plans drawn up last year by his predecessor, Chris Grayling. Under those plans, Britain would withdraw from the ECHR if the Council of Europe, the human rights watchdog that upholds the convention, rejects the proposals. The Council of Europe is separate from the EU.

Trust in mainstream media plummets: Only 2% of young adults trust the media

Trust in mainstream media plummets: Only 2% of young adults trust the media

newFriday 8th May 2015 at 06:55 By David Icke

Trust in the mainstream media appears to be taking a nosedive, at least among young people. A recent ‘Harvard Institute of Politics poll that queried more than 3,000 people between the ages of 18 and 29 found that only 2 percent of them believe that the media can be trusted to do the “right thing” on a regular basis.
The poll found that 88 percent of those polled think that the media only “sometimes” or “never” does the right thing. In fact, a whopping 39 percent said the media “never” does the right thing. This places the media in last place behind Congress, Wall Street and the federal government in terms of trust.
High on the list of those who can be trusted are scientists, who came in first place among the 12 institutions the poll listed, with the U.S. military and local police departments claiming second and third place, respectively.’

‘As part of the PEN World Voices Festival, the international press freedom organization scheduled an event this afternoon titled, “Finding Security in Unsafe Passages: United Nations Event about Protecting Journalists’ Safety and Rights.” The panel, according to PEN’s website, will “delve into the wide range of risks journalists face every day. Experts will offer safety tips, share advice for protecting sources and copyrights in all types of media and address cybersecurity risks.”
But on the morning of the event, a spokeswoman for the festival, Kyla McMillan, notified the Observer that we had been denied entry. “The press is no longer able to attend this event,” said Ms. McMillan by email. “There has been an issue with press authorizations through U.N. security.”’

‘If you are like thousands of others, you have no doubt seen an iconic photo of Baltimore burning. The image began circulating throughout social media after a local Fox affiliate in Memphis, Tennessee apparently first ran it. Some other mainstream media outlets even shared the image, using it with headlines that said “Baltimore is Burning” and reverenced a “purge”.
The only problem is it wasn’t from Baltimore.’

I don’t know him personally, but I know he isn’t genuine.
The Rothschild’s wouldn’t allow such an avid speaker of freedom to destroy all they have built. Incidentally does Russell ever discuss the Rothschild’s empire or the Goldsmith’s for that matter?
I believe there are some hideous moral disasters with a menace ambition leading folk, those who like him, on an expedition to no where. The system will not change under this man’s voice.
