The Beatings Will Continue Until Morale Improves – Spain Officially Becomes a Police State

On July 1st, 2015, Spain officially became a police state. There’s simply no other way to put it. The “gag law” passed late last year went into effect on that date, and if you still have any doubt about how extreme and oppressive these laws are, let’s take a quick look at a summary published by The Local:

1) Fines for protesting

Under the new law, anyone who organizes or takes part in an “unauthorized protest” could be fined between €30,000 and €600,000 if the protest takes part near institutions such as the Spanish parliament.

2) Distrupting public events

Disrupting events such as public speeches, sports events or religious ceremonies could face fines of between €600 and €300,000.

3) Botellón

The Spanish tradition of getting together with mates for outdoor drinking sessions looks to be officially over – drinking in public will be hit with fines of €600 under the new law. And teenagers won’t escape – Parents will be held responsible for the payment of their offsprings’ fines.

4) Social media activism

Using Twitter, Facebook or Instagram to call on people to protest will be fined under the new law, an attempt to put paid to the spontaneous protests that have proved very powerful in building the indignado movement.

5) Photographing police

People will be fined for taking unauthorized photographs of the police, a measure introduced with the argument that being publically identified could put officers and their families in danger.

You cannot beat respect into someone-expect it to remain organically for a happy futuristic society!

Are the Spanish Police being used as some inquisitorial vengeance against the common population to dare question today’s draconian infrastructure’s authority?

It is a damnable atrocity towards any form of social democracy, against communities, nation states to inflict violent aggression to maintain social order.

Police States are evil with intense brilliancy of placing fear into the hearts and minds of people, that is mostly innately decent people.

I see democracy hanging on by a mere thread in most places where democracy is claimed to be exercised.

If enough people get involved, you’ll maybe get a form of democratic systems play, otherwise draconian loss of rights enshrined into law, the police, the authority will do its best with crushing dominance to silence and disempower.

Police are wrong to smash, obliterate freedoms, pulverising the mind sets of those wishing to speak out against government, as democracy dictates too.

We cannot stand the stance of tolerance towards being threatened with a severe beating by police officers because psychopathic elites fear public uprising.

We should not live in fear against such brutality and harsh punishing state rules.

‘Ministers could be given stronger powers to block scrutiny of public bodies under government transparency law, Downing Street has said.

Speaking ahead of the expected release of documents detailing Prince Charles’s correspondence with ministers, Number 10 argued that there was a “strong case” for beefing up the ministerial veto on freedom of information requests.

“Our view remains – as the government has argued in the lengthy legal proceedings [regarding the Prince’s correspondence] – that there is a strong case for there being the ability to exercise a ministerial veto,” he told a briefing of journalists.’

Our Tory government have an intolerable thirst to inflict legalised oppressions with lips of blue, spouting verbal destruction towards human rights, basic civil liberties and our welfare state.

Tory political bullies set a furious legalised corrupt expedition at our expense to the point it is so obvious they having to reset laws to become invisible to the public eye.

Democracy expresses an ‘open government’ representing its legitimacy and the Tories want a shut tight, closed one.

It is painfully obvious corruption is saturated within Tory government with a fanatical commitment to its ceaseless expansion that it needs to legalise hiding behind armed guard doors.

We are saturated by antagonising and oppressive policies and forced to walk a darken loathsome pathyway filled with sour principles and unclean wisdom by virtue of the Tory Party.

Caught on camera: Shocking moment autistic man slammed to floor by policeman just two days before he died

This is the moment an autistic man was slammed to the ground by a police officer just two days before he died.

Shocking CCTV footage has been released showing the moment David Levi Dehmann was grabbed by Deputy Chase Wright, picked up and thrown to the floor.Sheriff body-slam man

According to police reports, 33-year-old Mr Dehmann, who suffers from autism and Tourette’s Syndrome his family claim, was arrested for disorderly conduct on April 21 in Mount Vernon, Ohio.

It is claimed he was drunk and had fallen down near some toilets and could barely stand when officers arrived.

Flashpoint: Dehmann is caught on camera moving towards the officer and raising his arms

He was put in a car and taken to Knox County jail but once inside, began joking with police.

CCTV shows Mr Dehmann apparently trying to pat officers on the back and shake their hands, but when he gets to Deputy Chase, things turn sour.

The officer seems to knock the arrested man’s hand out of the way which causes Mr Dehmann to move towards him and raise his own hands towards the Deputy.

It is at this point the officer grabs the other man and slams him into the ground.

The footage shows Mr Dehmann’s head hit the ground at which point he no longer moves as stunned officers look on.

Darken ‘figures of fiends’ wearing costumes that legalises overtly hostile treatment with a crushing force of violence represents our police force of today.

It is most horrifying to watch freedom and safety be forcibly removed in an explosion of dynamic tyranny, a spontaneous erosion of human dignity at the hands of those meant to protect us.

The demonisation of society, the criminalisation of individuals by sadistic inclinations of physical butchery is our ‘police state society’ now implemented to the highest level.

Are we to tolerate an inchoate ‘gulag’ society and live in fear of authority?

Are our home towns secretly named ‘open air detention centres’ by our corrupt political authorities?

Are we secretly all under house arrest to be treated as criminals whether we’ve broken the law or not, the potential is there perhaps?

With our Human Rights hanging in the balance, the Tories menacing ambition towards us to remove our strength, deprive us of our civil rights.

It is unclean wisdom, a rotten stench of decayed democracy that is reaching our streets by a ruling elite sophisticated oppressive machine.

This mounting repression is dangerously violent, aggressive and sadistic creating a collective despair, fear and a legitimate rage.

Our policing seems to hold a badge giving them the license to harm, injure and kill members of the public and we cannot stand the stance of tolerance because one day, they’ll be at our door, body slamming us to the ground.

Michael Gove to proceed with Tories’ plans to scrap human rights act

They want our human rights annihilated so they can control us with draconian rules with militarised police state mechanisms to protect their masters and save themselves from societal rebellion.

The awaken to this scam already know.

It’s the sleepy public who are more dangerous now.

Our oligarchical leaders are radically anti-democratic and see the working class as a serving class, all education based upon servitude rather than free thinking abstract minds.

Draconian rules, with a ceaseless expansion of a ‘Hunger Game Society’ with community rules turning society into one ‘giant open air detention centre’.

Michael Gove to proceed with Tories’ plans to scrap human rights act

Newly appointed justice secretary to follow through with pledge which would remove European court of human rights’ leverage over UK’s supreme court

Michael Gove, the new justice secretary, is to press ahead with plans to scrap the Human Rights Act which could see Britain pull out of the European convention on human rights (ECHR) if the reforms are rejected by Strasbourg.

Conservative party sources said that Gove, who was promoted to the post even though he has previously voiced his support for capital punishment, will implement human rights reforms that had been blocked in the coalition by the Liberal Democrats.

The scrapping of the human rights act, a pledge included in the Tory manifesto, is one of the measures to be included in the prime minister’s plans for the first 100 days, when the Queen’s speech is delivered on 27 May.

The plans, which would see the human rights act replaced by a British bill of rights, would mean that the European court of human rights would no longer be binding over the UK’s supreme court. The ECHR would also no longer be able to order a change to UK law although British citizens would still be entitled to appeal to the Strasbourg-based court.

Gove is making clear that, free from the constraints of the coalition, he will implement in full the plans drawn up last year by his predecessor, Chris Grayling. Under those plans, Britain would withdraw from the ECHR if the Council of Europe, the human rights watchdog that upholds the convention, rejects the proposals. The Council of Europe is separate from the EU.

‘Soulless suits of blue’ with deliberate fierce hosting over the years was shocking enough. Now their chains are loose, corporate heads remain hidden, power given by seemingly legitimate ‘rig free’ voting system, the chill is in the air of ice blue and it’s settled nicely.
Devoid of moral fibre we shall experience ferocious economic cuts for the poor, disabled, the welfare state, nhs and all those within the lower end of society, while we watch the embracing and supporting of the oligarchs furthering legalised money trafficking from the wealth of the nation to the concentrated few and their pockets.

It is clear democracy, the ‘trickle down’ effect has failed, or it hasn’t started ever where the wealthy didn’t control it. Democracy is still a good idea for us to pursue, we just have a ‘different’ kind of democracy, one where the oligarchs control government and defend their own economic interests.

‘David Cameron will use the Conservative Party’s first majority in the House of Commons for nearly 20 years to “deliver” on a radical agenda to cut welfare, shrink the size of the state and re-define Britain’s relationship with Europe.

Conservative insiders said Mr Cameron would move to the right to consolidate support among his backbench MPs after five years of compromise with the Liberal Democrats.

Among Mr Cameron’s first legislative priorities will be to enshrine an EU referendum into law, bring in the so-called ‘snoopers charter’ to give police greater powers to monitor internet communications and give English MPs a veto over legislation only affecting England. The Tories also intend to publish plans to scrap the Human Rights Act within their first 100 days. All proposals had been previously blocked by the Lib Dems.’

The secret handbook that helps Israel twist the BBC round its little finger

The secret handbook that helps Israel twist the BBC round its little finger

Before interviewing an Israeli spokesman, says Patrick Cockburn, all journalists should read Israel’s secret instruction booklet on how to handle the media.

BBC protest

Protests have been held at BBC offices all over the UK, this one in London, 14/07/14

ISRAELI spokesmen have their work cut out explaining how they have killed more than 1,000 Palestinians in Gaza, most of them civilians, compared with just three civilians killed in Israel by Hamas rocket and mortar fire.

But on television and radio and in newspapers, Israeli government spokesmen such as Mark Regev appear slicker and less aggressive than their predecessors, who were often visibly indifferent to how many Palestinians were killed.

There is a reason for this enhancement of the PR skills of Israeli spokesmen. Going by what they say, the playbook they are using is a professional, well-researched and confidential study on how to influence the media and public opinion in America and Europe. Written by the expert Republican pollster and political strategist Dr Frank Luntz, the study was commissioned five years ago by a group called The Israel Project, with offices in the US and Israel, for use by those “who are on the front lines of fighting the media war for Israel”.

BpINTjMCQAALdoB

Every one of the 112 pages in the booklet is marked “not for distribution or publication” and it is easy to see why. The Luntz report, officially entitled “The Israel project’s 2009 Global Language Dictionary, was leaked almost immediately to Newsweek Online, but its true importance has seldom been appreciated. It should be required reading for everybody, especially journalists, interested in any aspect of Israeli policy because of its “dos and don’ts” for Israeli spokesmen.

These are highly illuminating about the gap between what Israeli officials and politicians really believe, and what they say, the latter shaped in minute detail by polling to determine what Americans want to hear. Certainly, no journalist interviewing an Israeli spokesman should do so without reading this preview of many of the themes and phrases employed by Mr Regev and his colleagues.

The booklet is full of meaty advice about how they should shape their answers for different audiences. For example, the study says that “Americans agree that Israel ‘has a right to defensible borders’. But it does you no good to define exactly what those borders should be. Avoid talking about borders in terms of pre- or post-1967, because it only serves to remind Americans of Israel’s military history. Particularly on the left this does you harm. For instance, support for Israel’s right to defensible borders drops from a heady 89 per cent to under 60 per cent when you talk about it in terms of 1967.”

How about the right of return for Palestinian refugees who were expelled or fled in 1948 and in the following years, and who are not allowed to go back to their homes? Here Dr Luntz has subtle advice for spokesmen, saying that “the right of return is a tough issue for Israelis to communicate effectively because much of Israeli language sounds like the ‘separate but equal’ words of the 1950s segregationists and the 1980s advocates of Apartheid. The fact is, Americans don’t like, don’t believe and don’t accept the concept of ‘separate but equal’.”

So how should spokesmen deal with what the booklet admits is a tough question? They should call it a “demand”, on the grounds that Americans don’t like people who make demands. “Then say ‘Palestinians aren’t content with their own state. Now they’re demanding territory inside Israel’.” Other suggestions for an effective Israeli response include saying that the right of return might become part of a final settlement “at some point in the future”.

Dr Luntz notes that Americans as a whole are fearful of mass immigration into the US, so mention of “mass Palestinian immigration” into Israel will not go down well with them. If nothing else works, say that the return of Palestinians would “derail the effort to achieve peace”.

The Luntz report was written in the aftermath of Operation Cast Lead in December 2008 and January 2009, when 1,387 Palestinians and nine Israelis were killed.

There is a whole chapter on “isolating Iran-backed Hamas as an obstacle to peace”. Unfortunately, come the current Operation Protective Edge, which began on 6 July, there was a problem for Israeli propagandists because Hamas had quarrelled with Iran over the war in Syria and had no contact with Tehran. Friendly relations have been resumed only in the past few days – thanks to the Israeli invasion.

Much of Dr Luntz’s advice is about the tone and presentation of the Israeli case. He says it is absolutely crucial to exude empathy for Palestinians: “Persuadables [sic] won’t care how much you know until they know how much you care. Show Empathy for BOTH sides!” This may explain why a number of Israeli spokesman are almost lachrymose about the plight of Palestinians being pounded by Israeli bombs and shells.

In a sentence in bold type, underlined and with capitalisation, Dr Luntz says that Israeli spokesmen or political leaders must never, ever justify “the deliberate slaughter of innocent women and children” and they must aggressively challenge those who accuse Israel of such a crime. Israeli spokesmen struggled to be true to this prescription when 16 Palestinians were killed in a UN shelter in Gaza last Thursday.

Worldwide humanitarian vaccination projects are for depopulation

‘Just a very few years ago, Bill Gates publicly declared before a live audience that using vaccinations strategically may help reduce the world population by 15 percent. Many claimed it was a slip of tongue, like a verbal typo. The audience and mainstream media apparently ignored it.

However, actual worldwide events indicate that population control is part or the world vaccination agenda.’

Forced sterilization returning to America by order of the court?

‘A Virginia man and father of children with several women has agreed to get a vasectomy in order to reduce his prison sentence by as many as five years from his child endangerment sentence, in a case that has brought up the country’s dark history of force sterilization.

Reports noted that none of the charges against Jessie Lee Herald, 27, involved any sexual offenses, but Ilona White, an assistant prosecutor for Shenandoah County, said that her primary motivation for making the unusual offer was to keep Herald from fathering even more children than the seven he currently has with six mothers.’

1. “In the next century, nations as we know it will be obsolete; all states will recognize a single, global authority. National sovereignty wasn’t such a great idea after all.” Strobe Talbot, President Clinton’s Deputy Secretary of State, as quoted in Time, July 20th, l992.

2. “The American people will never knowingly adopt Socialism. But under the name of “liberalism” they will adopt every fragment of the Socialist program, until one day America will be a Socialist nation, without knowing how it happened.” Norman Thomas, for many years U.S. Socialist Presidential candidate.

3. “Today the path of total dictatorship in the United States can be laid by strictly legal means, unseen and unheard by the Congress, the President, or the people. Outwardly we have a Constitutional government. We have operating within our government and political system, another body representing another form of government – a bureaucratic elite.” Senator William Jenner, 1954

4. “We are grateful to the Washington Post, The New York Times, Time Magazine and other great publications whose directors have attended our meetings and respected their promises of discretion for almost forty years. It would have been impossible for us to develop our plan for the world if we had been subjected to the lights of publicity during those years. But, the world is now more sophisticated and prepared to march towards a world government. The supranational sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers is surely preferable to the national auto-determination practiced in past centuries.” David Rockefeller, Baden-Baden, Germany 1991

5. “The real truth of the matter is, as you and I know, that a financial element in the larger centers has owned the Government ever since the days of Andrew Jackson.” A letter written by FDR to Colonel House, November 21st, l933

6. “The depression was the calculated ‘shearing’ of the public by the World Money powers, triggered by the planned sudden shortage of supply of call money in the New York money market….The One World Government leaders and their ever close bankers have now acquired full control of the money and credit machinery of the U.S. via the creation of the privately owned Federal Reserve Bank.” Curtis Dall, FDR’s son-in-law as quoted in his book, My Exploited Father-in-Law

7. “The New Deal is plainly an attempt to achieve a working socialism and avert a social collapse in America; it is extraordinarily parallel to the successive ‘policies’ and ‘Plans’ of the Russian experiment. Americans shirk the word ‘socialism’, but what else can one call it?” H.G. Wells The New World Order 1939

9. “Under Socialism you would not be allowed to be poor. You would be forcibly fed, clothed, lodged, taught, and employed whether you liked it or not. If it were discovered that you had not the character and industry enough to be worth all this trouble, you might possibly be executed in a kindly manner. . . .” Fabian Socialist Bernard Shaw in his Intelligent Woman’s Guide to Socialism and Capitalism, 1928.
